Overview

You can add data and other features to your portfolio using the Settings option. Clicking on Settings will bring you to the main menu below within your project/portfolio,

Manage Content

Add content/data to your project by selecting this option. You can upload data from a spreadsheet or a url. You have flexibility to include only certain fields in your uploaded or url sourced data, and make these filters specific types, as well as filterable. Learn more here.

Add collaborators

Allow specific users to access and edit various parts of the portfolio. You may only want to share with another user, without them changing data or you may want a colleague's assistance in coding. Learn more about specific permissions per user role in the adding collaborators article here.

Setup coding fields

If you choose to use the portfolio to code, this is where you will set up those fields and options that are available for each field. Creating normalized coding fields, especially with vocabularies, streamline coding and makes analyzing codes more efficient. Learn more here.

Preferences/Modify view

This is how you can modify the view for your portfolio results table, records and more. Using this option, you can also add sections to your record view to organize your data. Learn more here.
