Overview
You can modify the view(s) in record view, filter screen, search fields, export and results table view by changing the toggle for each field you set to include when you uploaded your data. You can also Manage Sections and organize your data for record view here as well. By default, your fields will be in Unassigned Sections, unless you have uploaded source data from an iSearch url in which your data will be organized into the relevant sections that exist in iSearch.
Note: the fields that are filterable must have been set to be filterable in the set up to be viewed as filters here.
Modify view
Turn off individual fields for viewing in any of the columns as needed. You can also use the overarching select/deselect all at the top of the columns to turn all* fields on or off.
*Some fields will be disabled for turning on if they are long text fields, as it is not beneficial to view these as filters for example.
Note: Changing settings here will change this for everyone in the project. A modify display view and preferences are future features being developed to change these per user and session in the record view.
Manage sections
This feature can be found in Settings under Modify view.
Note: If you have uploaded source data from an iSearch url, sections that exist in iSearch (dependent on the data you chose to include in the project) will already be created for you. These are viewable in Modify View.
Toggle Manage Sections on to add/edit these Sections.
For a project with spreadsheet data uploaded, you may not have any sections by default. You can make sections as needed.
Click Add new Section to create a section, then drag the fields to be included in that section to the left hand side. You can also drag and drop sections to reorder these.
Click Save at the bottom when you are done adding/modifying sections to view.
Open your results table to view the data in your portfolio, then click on a record to review the sections.
You can see your new sections, and the remaining fields not in an assigned section in record view.
