Steps to Set Up Highlighting
Record view with Highlighting
Overview
Highlighting can be used to easily identify keywords of interest when reviewing a record, specifically the context of those keywords. To highlight keywords, go to the Highlight option in Settings. Provide the keyword of interest, select a color from the dropdown menu, and select the field(s) to be searched for the term. When adding multiple keywords, the fields chosen in the first keyword to highlight will be retained for efficiency.
Once all keywords have been added, click Save at the bottom and wait for notification that the portfolio has been updated. If the keyword exists in a record within the specified fields selected, it will appear highlighted in record view. Terms are searched in records in a case insensitive manner. Wildcard characters of any type do not work.
Steps to Set Up Highlighting
Click on Add Keyword at the top of the new window.
A new dialog will appear to set up the keyword to highlight. Type in the term or phrase, use the dropdown to select the color, and select the field(s) to highlight in.
If you wish to add additional keywords to highlight, click on Add Keyword again. The field selection from your previous keyword set up to highlight will be retained. Update the term/phrase, color, and other fields if you wish. Click Save at the bottom when you are done adding all terms to highlight.
You will get a notification that your keywords have been highlighted.
Go to the Results table, open a record, and review the terms highlighted.

Note: To reorganize fields/make sections, go to Settings and Modify View, then Manage Sections. You can also turn off fields not useful for coding in Modify view as well; note this change will be applied to the entire project and only a Manager can do this.
