Overview (Manage Portfolio)

There are many actions you can take when using iSearch's portfolio coding tool. You can use it as a static place to keep search results so they stay unchanged if other results meet your search criteria, you can make a portfolio to code, you can make a portfolio to share with other users and a number of other options. Permissions/Add collaborators

Allow specific users to access and edit various parts of the portfolio. You may only want to share with another user, without them changing data or you may want a colleague's assistance in coding. Learn more about specific permissions per user role in the article here.

Preferences/Modify view

This is how you can modify the view for your portfolio results table, records and more. 

Setup coding fields

If you choose to use the portfolio to code, this is where you will set up those fields and options that are available for each field. Creating normalized coding fields, especially with vocabularies, streamline coding and makes analyzing codes more efficient.

Settings

This is how you can update if your portfolio is dynamic, in other words, will add results that meet your search criteria, and more general settings for your portfolio.
