Charts view

The Charts view automatically generates charts based on filterable or categorical fields in your project. Long-text fields cannot be made filterable and will not appear as charts. Depending on the data, you can view charts as bar charts, pie charts, or line charts.

Use the selection menu at the top of the screen to choose which charts to display.

Use the options at the top of each chart to change the type of chart. Note that some fields are disabled from view using the pie chart option where totals do not equal 100%, i.e. Additional Filters, and MeSH.

Use the hamburger (three-line) menu in the upper-right corner of a chart to view it in full screen or download it.

You can also select a value within a chart to filter the records by that value. When you make a selection, the other charts on the page will update based on the filtered records. The applied filter will also appear as a breadcrumb below the search bar.
