Export

You can export data from your project to your computer. Exported data can be used for further analysis, creating custom graphs or charts, and other purposes.

From any data view (Results, Filters, or Charts), click Export at the top right of the screen, below the search bar. 

Next, enter a name for the export file and select the fields you want to include. You can export any field uploaded to the project or created as a coding field, along with the associated coding responses.

Note: Your ability to view and export coding responses depends on your project permissions. Only Managers can view coding responses from all collaborators.

When you have finished selecting fields, click Export at the bottom of the screen.

An alert will appear directing you to Notifications to access the file.

Open Notifications using the bell icon. When the export is ready, a notification will appear with a download icon. Click the download icon associated with your file in the notifications to download the file. 

You can access the downloaded file from your browser or your computer’s Downloads folder.
